Bookings are essential
Consultation prior to treatment is essential
Confirmation required by COB the day prior to appointment
Cancellations/rescheduling to be made at least 24hr prior to date/time of appointment otherwise a deposit may be required for all future bookings
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in deposit being required for all future bookings. New patients who fail to attend their first appointment will not be offered the opportunity to rebook.
The treating practitioner has the right to refuse treatment to any patient
Arriving late to an appointment may result in the treating practitioner not being able to undertake your treatment and the appointment will be cancelled. This may result in a deposit being required for all future bookings.
All necessary forms are to be completed prior to treatment
Payment must be made in full at the time of treatment
Deposits may be required to secure appointments that are longer than the standard 30min appointment time.
If a deposit is required for any reason, the appointment will not be booked in until such time as the deposit is paid in full
Deposits are considered non-refundable
Cosmetic injectable treatments are considered medical procedures. As such, for safety reasons, it is not appropriate that children are in attendance. Should you arrive with children, you may be required to rebook your appointment.
Treatments cannot be shared between patients (eg 1ml of dermal filler cannot be shared between friends)
